01Who we are

Elysium Home Solutions LLC is a residential cleaning business serving the Peninsula and South Bay. When this page says "we" or "us", it means Elysium Home Solutions LLC. You can reach us any time using the contact details at the bottom of this page.

02What we collect

We only collect what you choose to give us when you request a quote or book a cleaning through the form on this site:

• Your name, so we know who we're talking to.
• Your phone and email, so we can confirm the booking and reach you about it.
• Your home address (street, city, ZIP), so we know where to come and can confirm it's inside our service area.
• Details about the job you select: home size, type of cleaning, number of bathrooms, add-ons, how often you'd like it, and any notes you add.
• The date and time you'd like us to come.

We collect only the information reasonably necessary to provide, manage, and improve our services. This may include information you submit through our website or messages, booking and service details, photos or videos described below, basic technical information generated when you use our website, and limited payment information handled by our payment processor.

03Why we use it

We use your information to provide and manage your cleaning service, communicate with you, operate and protect our website, improve our services, maintain business records, and handle quality, insurance, legal, safety, or dispute-related matters. In practice that means confirming your booking, sending you a confirmation and a reminder before the visit, getting our crew to the right address, and following up afterwards. We also use your address to check that it falls within the area we serve.

We do not sell your information. We do not rent it, trade it, or share it for anyone else's advertising. Ever.

04Photos and Video Documentation

We may take limited photos or short videos of the areas being cleaned before, during, or after service. We use this documentation for quality control, service verification, training, insurance purposes, and resolving questions or claims.

We focus only on the relevant work areas and do not intentionally photograph personal documents, financial information, computer or phone screens, security codes, or other sensitive information.

Photos and videos are stored securely and are accessible only to authorized members of our team and service providers who need access for the purposes described above. We may also share relevant documentation with an insurance provider, legal adviser, court, government authority, or other party when reasonably necessary to handle a claim, comply with the law, or protect our legal rights.

Documentation is kept only for as long as reasonably necessary for quality control, training, recordkeeping, insurance, legal, or dispute-resolution purposes, and is then deleted or securely disposed of.

We do not publish photos or videos of your home for advertising, social media, or promotional use without your separate permission.

If you prefer that we do not take photos or videos during your appointment, please notify us before service begins. We may still document a specific condition, safety concern, pre-existing damage, or incident when reasonably necessary to protect you, our team, or the company.

05Text messages (SMS)

If you provide your phone number and check the SMS consent box when booking, we'll send you text messages related to your cleaning — booking confirmations, reminders before your visit, and scheduling updates. Message frequency varies based on your bookings. Message and data rates may apply.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message; you'll receive one confirmation and then no further texts. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at (650) 408-4648.

We do not share or sell your phone number or SMS consent to any third party or affiliate for marketing purposes. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties for their own marketing.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase. Your booking and service terms are set out in our Terms of Service.

06Who can see it

Your booking details are stored on our own systems and are visible to the Elysium Home Solutions LLC team that runs your job. A small number of trusted service providers help us operate, and they only ever see what they need to do their part:

• An email provider delivers the confirmation and reminder emails we send you.
• A text-messaging provider delivers the SMS notifications we send you.
• A payment processor handles card payments when you choose to pay by card.
• A mapping service converts your address into a location so we can confirm it's in our service area.
• An infrastructure and security provider helps deliver and protect the website.

These providers process personal information on our behalf to provide their services. They are contractually or legally responsible for handling information in accordance with their own applicable privacy obligations. We share with them only what's needed to run your booking, nothing more. We may also disclose information if the law genuinely requires it.

07How long we keep it

We keep your booking information for as long as we have an active relationship with you and for a reasonable period afterwards, so we can handle repeat visits, questions, and our own records. If you'd like us to delete your information, just ask and we'll take care of it. We may retain information as necessary to comply with legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, record-keeping, and other lawful obligations.

08Your choices and rights

It's your information, and you're in control of it. At any time you can:

• Ask what we have about you, and we'll tell you.
• Ask us to correct anything that's wrong.
• Ask us to delete your information.
• Opt out of reminders or follow-ups, while still keeping your booking.

California Notice at Collection. When we collect personal information from California residents, we collect the following categories for the stated purposes:

• Categories: Identifiers, Contact Information, Service Request Information, Property Information, Visual Information, Internet or Technical Information.
• Purposes: Scheduling, Customer communication, Service delivery, Quality control, Security and fraud prevention, Recordkeeping, Insurance and dispute handling, Service improvement, Legal compliance.

We do not use or disclose Sensitive Personal Information for purposes other than providing the requested services and complying with legal obligations.

Before fulfilling a privacy request, we may verify your identity using information associated with your booking or prior communications with us.

09Keeping it safe

The website is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and access to your booking details is limited to our team. No system is ever perfectly secure, but we take reasonable, practical steps to protect what you share with us.

Information may be processed and stored in the United States by our service providers and technology vendors.

10Children

This site and our service are meant for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we'll remove it.

11Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your information, we'll update this page and change the date at the top. If the change is significant, we'll do our best to make it clear.
