We clean apartments, houses, and rentals.
Regular upkeep, deep cleans, move-ins and move-outs, and turnovers between guests. We tell you the cost before we start.
Final price confirmed when we book. No charge to request.
Six services, one team.
Standard Cleaning
Your everyday clean, as often as you like. Kitchen, bathrooms, floors and surfaces, trash out.
Deep Cleaning
Everything in a standard clean, plus the parts routine cleaning skips. Grease on the cabinets, buildup in the shower, baseboards, ledges, the tops of things.
Move-In & Move-Out
For an empty place. We clean inside the cabinets, drawers and closets as well as everything else, so it's ready for whoever comes next.
Airbnb & Rentals
Between guests. Beds stripped and made, bathrooms reset, kitchen wiped down, ready for the next check-in.
Post-Construction
After a remodel or a build. Fine dust settles everywhere and takes more than one pass, so we work the surfaces, fixtures and floors until the place is actually livable.
Add-Ons
Inside the fridge, inside the oven, interior windows, laundry, and more. Don't see what you need? Write it in the notes when you book.
How we work.
One company, accountable
You book with Elysium, a member of the Elysium team shows up, and if something needs fixing you tell us directly - not a third party.
You know the price first
You'll see the cost when you book. If the job turns out bigger than described, we tell you and wait for a yes before doing anything extra.
You don't have to be there
Leave a key or a door code and come back to a clean place. We lock up behind us.
