Recurring service

Cleaning on a regular rhythm

These terms describe how recurring cleaning actually works with us: how visits are scheduled, what you pay, and how to pause, change, or stop it. They apply in addition to our Terms of Service and Service Policies.

Version 1.0 · This edition: June 12, 2026

01What these terms cover

These Recurring Service Terms apply when you choose a recurring frequency instead of a one-time cleaning. They sit alongside our Terms of Service, our Service Policies and our Privacy Policy - everything in those documents applies to each recurring visit exactly as it applies to a one-time one. Where these terms say something more specific about recurring service, these terms apply.

This page is informational. It describes how we run recurring service; it is not a condition you have to accept before recurring service is available to you.

02How recurring service starts

You start recurring service by choosing a recurring frequency when you request a cleaning. Your first visit is booked in the normal way - you confirm it through the link we email you - and an ongoing agreement is created at the same moment, for the same property and the same type of cleaning.

If a request is held for review, the agreement is created when the booking is confirmed, not before. We will never quietly turn a recurring request into a one-time booking: either the agreement you chose is created, or we tell you why it could not be.

One agreement per property and service type. If an agreement for that property and service already exists and has not been cancelled, we will tell you rather than opening a second one.

03Frequency and how visits are scheduled

We offer three recurring frequencies, and each is measured in weeks:

  • Weekly - every week.
  • Bi-weekly - every two weeks.
  • Monthly - every four weeks. This is worth reading twice: our monthly cadence is a four-week interval, not a calendar date. It keeps your visit on the same weekday all year, which is easier for you and for scheduling. It does mean some calendar months contain two visits.

Visits land on the same weekday as your first visit, at the time set for the series. If a generated date falls on a day we are closed, the visit moves forward to the next working day unless we have agreed a different rule with you.

Recurring service does not reserve every future slot in the calendar forever. We generate visits on a rolling horizon a number of weeks ahead, and top it up as time passes - so you will normally see your next visits scheduled rather than a year of them at once.

Where a generated visit cannot be staffed or its slot has been taken, we contact you and move that visit. A single moved visit does not change the rest of the series.

04Price

Your first visit is at the full price. The recurring discount for your frequency applies from the second visit onwards. This is deliberate and we would rather say it here than surprise you: the first clean of a home is the heavy one.

The base price for the series is calculated from your home's details when the agreement starts and is held for the series. Each visit's amount is calculated when that visit is created, from that base and your frequency discount, and it is fixed at that point - if our price list changes afterwards, a visit that already exists is not re-priced.

If we need to change the ongoing price of a series - because our prices have moved, or because the scope of your cleaning has changed - we will tell you before it takes effect and you can accept it, change the service, or cancel.

There is no membership fee and no prepaid package. You pay per visit, at the amount shown for that visit.

05Payment

Each visit is paid for like any other cleaning: payment is due on completion unless we have agreed otherwise in writing, using the methods described in our Terms of Service. We do not store your card and we do not charge a card automatically between visits without your agreement.

We may pause future visits in a series while a balance is outstanding.

06Skipping, pausing, and changing frequency

Recurring service is meant to be flexible. Contact us and we can:

  • Skip the next visit - the rest of the series carries on unchanged.
  • Pause the series, with or without a date to resume. Pausing cancels the visits already scheduled ahead of you; resuming regenerates them from that point.
  • Change the frequency. The change takes effect after your next already-confirmed visit, so nothing you are counting on this week moves. Visits further ahead are regenerated on the new cadence.
  • Move a single visit to another day or time, without changing the pattern.

These changes are arranged with us by email, phone, or message - there is no self-service screen for them today, and we would rather tell you that than describe a button that does not exist. As with any visit, please give us at least 24 hours' notice before the visit you want to move or skip.

07Cancelling recurring service

You can cancel at any time. There is no minimum term, no notice period for the agreement itself, and no cancellation charge.

Two ways to do it:

  • The cancellation link in the confirmation we email you when recurring service starts. It goes straight to a page that ends the series.
  • Tell us by email, phone, or message.

Cancelling stops all future visits in the series. Visits already completed are unaffected and remain payable. Please still give us at least 24 hours' notice before the next scheduled visit, so we can offer that slot to someone else.

We may end a series ourselves if we can no longer serve your address, if an outstanding balance is not settled, or for the safety reasons set out in our Terms of Service. We will tell you why.

Cancelling ends the schedule. It is not a request to erase your history with us - your past bookings and records remain, and our Privacy Policy explains how long we keep them and how to make a privacy request.

08Communications about your series

We send an acknowledgment when recurring service starts, and we send the same booking messages for each visit as we would for a one-time cleaning - confirmations, reminders, and changes. These are transactional messages that come with the service. Text messages remain separate and opt-in, and STOP works on them without affecting your series. See our Privacy Policy for the detail.

09Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, this page gets a new edition and the version and date at the top change with it; earlier editions stay available at their own permanent addresses. Where a change materially affects an active series, we will tell you before it applies to your visits.
