Everyone should be able to book a clean home

Elysium Solutions maintains its public website to conform to WCAG 2.2 Level AA. If something here gets in your way, tell us - and we will get you booked another way while we fix it.

Version 1.0 · This edition: June 24, 2026

01Our commitment

A cleaning service is not much use if you cannot reach it. We build this site so it works with a keyboard, with a screen reader, at larger text sizes, on a small screen, and without relying on colour alone to tell you something important. We treat an accessibility barrier as a defect - something to fix, not something to explain away.

02The standard we work to

Our target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium. It is the standard U.S. accessibility guidance points to, and it is the one we measure ourselves against.

What this covers: our public website and the public customer journey - the home page, the checklist and FAQ, the booking flow, offer and payment pages, sign-in and account creation, and these Legal and Company pages, together with the navigation, forms, and dialogs they use.

What it does not cover: the internal tools our own staff use to run the business. Those are built with the same care, but they are not part of this public conformance claim and we would rather say so than quietly imply otherwise.

03How we check

  • Automated checks run with our tests. Representative public pages and states are scanned on every change, so an accessibility regression fails our build the same way a broken feature does.
  • Keyboard and focus review. We walk the booking, sign-in, and account flows with the keyboard alone: visible focus, a sensible order, no traps, and dialogs that take focus, close on Escape, and give it back.
  • Contrast, zoom, and reflow. Text and controls are checked against AA contrast, and pages are checked at 200% zoom and at narrow widths without loss of content or function.
  • Motion. If your system asks for reduced motion, we honour it.

Automated testing alone cannot prove every criterion - a machine cannot judge whether a description is a good one - so it supports our own review rather than replacing it.

04Where we depend on others

A few parts of the experience are provided by third parties: the map on our coverage section, address suggestions while you type, the human-verification check on our forms, and our payment provider's own payment page. We choose these carefully and we work around them where we can, but we do not control their code. If one of them blocks you, tell us - we can complete the same step for you directly.

05Tell us about a barrier

If any part of this site is hard or impossible to use, we want to hear about it. It helps if you can tell us the page address, what you were trying to do, and what happened - and which browser or assistive technology you were using, if you know. Any detail is better than none; please do not hold back a report because you are not sure how to describe it.

We aim to respond within three business days.

06Another way to book, right now

You should never be locked out of a cleaning because of a web page. Call or email us and we will take your booking directly - same service, same prices, same guarantee. We can also arrange your recurring schedule, change a visit, or take payment without you using the site at all.

07About the marks on this page

The ADA Accessibility mark is ours: our own statement that we hold this site to the standard described above. The W3C WCAG 2.2 Level AA logo is the conformance mark the World Wide Web Consortium publishes for sites that make this claim. Neither is a certificate, and no government agency or standards body has reviewed, approved, or certified this site - the claim, and the responsibility for it, are ours.

08Changes to this statement

We may update this statement. When we do, this page gets a new edition and the version and date at the top change with it; earlier editions stay available at their own permanent addresses.
