Everything we put in writing
Our policies in one place, written to be read rather than survived. Each document carries its version and its date, and every earlier edition keeps a permanent address, so you can always see exactly what applied when you booked.
-
Terms of Service
Who we are, how a request becomes a booking, pricing, payment, scheduling, access to your home, our guarantee, and how we handle claims.
Version 1.0 -
Privacy Policy
What information we hold, how accounts and sign-in work, payments, job photos, property access codes, who we share data with, how long we keep it, and how to make a request.
Version 1.0 -
Service Policies
House rules for every visit: what is in scope, what conditions affect a clean, access, safety, property care, and the exclusions worth knowing before you book.
Version 1.0 -
Accessibility
The standard we hold this website to, how we check it, how to report a barrier, and how we will get you booked another way if the site gets in your path.
Version 1.0 -
Recurring Service Terms
How recurring cleaning works: frequencies, how visits are generated, the recurring price, payment per visit, and how to skip, pause, change, or cancel.
Version 1.0 -
Ethics & Conduct
The standard we hold ourselves to - integrity, fair treatment, customer privacy, safety, and how to raise a concern. A company page, not a contract.
How these documents work
Each document has a version number and an edition date. When we change one, we publish a new edition rather than editing the old one in place, and the previous edition stays reachable at its own permanent address - /legal/terms/1.0, for example. Those archived addresses are deliberately kept out of search results so they never compete with the current page, but they never disappear.
The terms that apply to a booking are the ones in effect when the booking is made. Where a change materially affects you, we tell you.
What is not here
Reading these pages is not a condition of using Elysium. There is no box to tick and no acceptance step in our booking form - booking works whether or not you have opened a single one of these documents. They are here because you have a right to know the terms, not as a gate.
Questions
If anything here is unclear, ask us. A policy you cannot understand is our problem to fix, not yours.
